As the last wisps of sunlight fade, the Whitebark forest succumbs to the Shadowlorn's dark grasp. The ancient trees, once verdant and proud, now stand as skeletal sentinels, their leaves withered and grey. The elves, attuned to the forest's subtle rhythms, feel the Shadowlorn's presence like an open wound, its influence seeping into the land like a chill that cannot be shaken.
In this desperate hour, whispers of a forgotten remedy begin to circulate, spoken in hushed tones around flickering campfires and in the shadowy recesses of the forest. They speak of the Ruby of the Ancients, said to hold the only hope of stemming the Shadowlorn's relentless tide. Hidden deep within the ruins of the Fallen Kingdom, the ruby's existence is a fragile thread, the last lifeline for a world on the brink of collapse.
