Delivery Information

We aim to offer the best possible shipping options for our customers, balancing cost, speed, tracking and security. To achieve this, we use a range of trusted postal and courier services depending on the destination, size and value of your order.

Most orders placed outside of The Netherlands are dispatched within 3-7 working days. Courier and tracked shipments are often sent the same day or next working day where possible. Occasionally, dispatch may take a little longer due to scheduled postal collections or carrier availability.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. If you are ordering from outside Europe and would like advice on the most economical or secure shipping option, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to work with customers to find the most suitable delivery solution.

Tracking & Insurance

Tracked and insured shipping services are available for most destinations and are recommended for higher-value orders.

Economy postal services may not include tracking or insurance. In the event of loss or damage during transit, compensation may be limited or unavailable through the postal carrier. Customers seeking additional protection are encouraged to select a tracked or insured shipping option at checkout.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. We take great care when preparing CDs, vinyl and other products for shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €120. Simply select the free shipping option during checkout when your order qualifies.
