We will always try to secure the best price for your postage using other providers where possible. If you are ordering outside of Europe, please feel free to drop us an e-mail and we will work with you to get the best deal for sending your items.

Where possible we try to ship all courier or special delivery items the same day or the next working day. However, we also use a number of different postal carriers, in order to supply you with the best options available for speed, safety, tracking and cost. This may sometimes entail a waiting time of a couple of days before sending, due to scheduled weekly postal collections.

For more expensive items we recommend using the insured post services. If you pay for an item that is untraceable i.e. economy post, and it gets lost we are not responsible. We always pack our items carefully and of course, everything is always correctly labelled. At the end of the day, an uninsured item that is lost or damaged, will not be compensated by the Post Office or any other carrier service, or ourselves.

CD’s letter rate
We can normally ship 1-4 CD's by letter post but there are restrictions for size and weight i.e. it must not be over 350g and must be able to pass through a letter box! A jewel case CD is around 100-120 grams and a digipack varies from 65-90 grams. All weights are accurately recorded in the system. Typically 3 jewel case CD's or 4 digipack CD's will fall within the letter band.  

We always pack our CD’s as safely as it is possible, within the limits presented by the Post Office. Extra packaging will sometimes mean that the weight and size limits are exceeded for letter post, in which case we will give you a quote for the packet rate. If you require sending without the jewel case then please contact us and we can give you a quote and send a separate invoice.
