Terms & Conditions
We will always work with you if there is a problem
and you are dissatisfied. At the end of the day, we want you to be happy
with the items that you purchase from us.
If an item is faulty i.e. it doesn't play or there is a problem with the disc, then we will either replace the disc or refund your money.
Also, if you have received an incorrect item in your order, we will of course resolve that for you.
Please note that we do not give refunds if:-
- You dislike the contents of the CD e.g. I was expecting something a little more upbeat.
- The item has been lost in the post and sent uninsured or without track and trace.
- The item has been damaged in transit i.e. jewel case has arrived broken. See our page on delivery information.
All of our items are new and we never knowingly ship out faulty or broken goods.
You can always pay additional postage costs for insurance or track and trace, recommended for larger orders.
Just contact us direct and we will prepare the postage costs for you.
